Update - We are continuing to investigate the issue of phone numbers in the porting-in process that cannot be configured. Customers should now be able to configure phone numbers for existing port requests. However, newly submitted port requests may still be impacted by the issue upon initial submission. Our engineering team is actively investigating the underlying cause and working towards a full resolution.We expect to provide another update in 8 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
